Ohio State football: Fellows, Hall, Newsome and more recruiting - Cleveland Sports News
Quote:
Marcus Hall, offensive tackle, Glenville, 6-foot-5, 295 pounds, ranked as the No. 11 prospect by Scout.com and the No. 34 prospect by Rivals.com
Hall's top six teams at the moment begin with Ohio State and also include USC, Illinois, Michigan, Florida State and Florida.
We know the Illini have been chasing him hard. As for the Buckeyes?
"They've been pretty aggressive," Hall said. "I've had several meetings with Coach Tressel. So they're aggressive, but they're not forceful."
And not surprisingly, his visit for Ohio State's spring game made an impression.
"It really showed me a lot about Ohio State fans, since it was raining and I didn't think there would be a lot of people but there were."
His plan at the moment is to take all five of his allowed official visits in the fall, but he realizes he might not make it to all the schools he plans to visit.
"I'm not saying I have to wait," Hall said. "I'll probably think about it for a while, but then again if I go to a place and I feel like it's home, I just might commit then."

"My top three right now are Ohio State, Illinois and USC (no offer)," Marcus Hall said. "I don't want to put a timetable on anything, but I would like to take some visits before I commit." Hall grew up following the Buckeyes and says Ohio State still leads slightly. "I love the atmosphere there. Ohio State has great tradition and are always winning. It's a great place..."
