Terps Hot on Trail at DeMatha - Josh Barr's Recruiting Insider
Quote:
Spoke to DeMatha Coach Bill McGregor, who reports that Maryland has offered scholarships to three of his players: running back Marcus Coker (6-1, 225), OT Ari Kouandjio (6-5, 300) and DB Michael Coley (6-0, 195).
"What happened was we got our highlight DVDs done and I took two of them up there last week and they offered Coker and Ari," McGregor said. "I took up film of four more yesterday and they offered Coley and they're looking at the others right now."
McGregor said it is the first scholarship offer for each player.

Scout.com: Cool Road Trip
8/3
By Allen Wallace. Arie just returned from a road trip in which he visited South Carolina, Florida State, Florida, South Florida, and Miami (FL)...talks about the experience. Still no favorites and says he followed LSU and Michigan as a kid. Talks about Michigan, Cal, Florida, and Alabama.

By Mike Farrell. In no particular order, Arie has a top eight of Alabama, California, Miami (FL), Maryland, New Mexico, Notre Dame, Tennessee, and Wake Forest. The hardest part about cutting his list to eight was telling coaches, other then that getting it down to eight wasn't too hard. Has visited California, Miami (FL), and Maryland but not the other five...has yet to figure out official visits but that will be next. Talks extensively about the schools on his list.
