Hawkeyes nab productive receiver Stephane Ngoumou, a 6-foot-4, 195-pound receiver from Wootton (Rockville, Md.), has given a Class of 2009 commitment to the Iowa Hawkeyes.
As a senior, he caught 71 passes for 1,100 yards and 12 touchdowns.
