Marlboro County's three major prospects will be at different spring games this weekend. WR Kinsman Thomas (6-3 195) will be at the USC game while DE Tariq Edwards (6-4 225) and his brother TE Tyrell Edwards (6-4 219) will be at Virginia Tech. Thomas now has offers from USC, Clemson, Vanderbilt, Illinois and NC State. Duke appears close to offering, and he's also hearing from Southern Cal and Georgia Tech. Thomas said his parents will join him on the visit. He does not claim a favorite. Tariq Edwards now has offers from USC, Clemson, Vanderbilt, Maryland and NC State. Duke is close to making him an offer. And Tyrell Edwards has offers from Illinois and Vanderbilt, and Duke is close to offering. Also going to the USC game will be Marlboro County rising junior QB Elliott Alford (6-2 185). Last season he passed for 2100 yards and 21 touchdowns.

His twin brother, TE Tyrell (6-4 219), has offers from Illinois, Vanderbilt, Tennessee and Duke according to his coach. He's also getting interest from USC, Clemson, NC State, North Carolina, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Alabama and Michigan. "Both of them liked what Wake Forest had to say," Boyd said. "Tennessee is showing the most interest in both."
