thanks for the link, but I do question Rivals' listing of some of those guys as summer risers. For instance Jonas Gray, Matt Patchan, and Tyron Smith were already very highly ranked by Rivals and had plenty of offers to boot.

The other kids on that list like DJ Woods and John Wienke are what I would consider summer risers, kids who initally weren't ranked high by Rivals but went out on the summer combine/camp tours and just had great showings and started seeing offers pour in.

I agree with you on that...Gray went into the summer with an offer from the defending national champions.
