SCOUTING ORELUS: Have watched him since he was in the ninth grade, you learn to appreciate how big, strong and quick this young man is. He is also a very mature football player for his age, picking up things that youngsters his age may never comprehend.Great feet, tremendous upper body strength and the knowledge of how to protect his quarterback and pave the way for a tremendous running game have made him one of the elite players.
Watching him three times during game conditions this past year, and have the chance to see him at two camps/combines, you automatically see what great technique and superior athletic ability can do to elevate an offensive lineman.
As a pass blocker, he gets back in his stance extremely fast, moving with the flow of the play and getting out of the pocket as well as anyone we watched. His pass protecting skills are also impressive. No matter how quick the defensive lineman is, there is little you can do to win a battle against this talented football player.
He will be one of the top prospects in the country next season, and is considered a "must get" for many colleges.
ORELUS OFFERINGS: With appearances at different camps and combines over the past few years, this is a name that many are already familiar with, although many were not looking at his ability seriously until now.
He was the only junior named to the prestigious Super 11 team in Palm Beach County, which was loaded with major college talent this season!
WHAT THE COLLEGE RECRUITERS ARE SAYING: "This is yet another standout football talent from an area that continues to give us coaches plenty to watch each year. He may turn out to the be one of the best in the nation over the next year."
HIS BAGS ARE PACKED: Stand in line. Florida, Florida State, Miami, USF, UCF and several others have already shown interest with more to follow.
