By M. Alkire. No longer committed to Stanford (per Rivals and Scout). Holds 16 written offers. Besides liking the majority of the schools that offered, he also likes and is hearing from LSU, Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame and Tennessee. Says he grew up watching Michigan.
Odd disparity in size from the two sites. Rivals says 6'1", 198 and Scout says 5'11", 177.

Highly-coveted cornerback Louis Young (Olney, Md./Good Counsel), a Stanford verbal, is not finished with the recruiting process just yet and will make an announcement before the start of his senior season, ESPN affiliate Web site InsideMDSports.com reports.
The 6-foot, 183-pound prospect's new top five consists of Maryland, Virginia Tech, Boston College, Virginia and UConn.
Young originally committed to Stanford October 2008. He backed off the pledge in April 2009 before recommitting to the Cardinal.
Several other programs including Pitt, North Carolina, Rutgers, Illinois, N.C. State, Iowa, Wisconsin and Syracuse have also offered Young.

Scout.com: Young Still Committed but Looking
8/16
By John Wallpher. While he remains committed to Stanford, Louis has a final list of Stanford, Virginia Tech, Boston College, Maryland, Virginia, and Connecticut in no particular order. Has been to Stanford, Maryland, Boston College, and Virginia Tech already but may make a return visit to some or all of those schools...set to visit Virginia in a few weeks as well as Connecticut. Talks extensively about what he is looking for in a school.
