From the UConn site...was down Clemson, Cincinnati and Connecticut (UConn is the only school to offer him and best friend Demetrius Richardson) but the Iowa offer has shook things up.

Clemson Looks Good To Payne
By Phil Kornblut
DB Lynell Payne (6-3 210) of Marlton, NJ made an official visit to Clemson over the weekend and the Tigers remain high up on his list. "Clemson and Cincinnati are on top," Payne said. "I'll make a commitment whenever I feel like it's the time." Payne said he takes from his Clemson visit two points about the program. "The atmosphere at the game and their need for safeties," he said. Michael Hamlin served as his host.
