Richardson delivers | Sports | pnj.com
Quote:
More than a dozen schools already have sent scholarship offers.
Alabama was first. Reigning national champion LSU soon followed. Auburn and Florida State are on board, too.
Texas, Richardson's boyhood favorite because of the Longhorns' tradition-rich backfields, became No. 14 on Friday.

By A. Bone. Richardson doesn't name a favorite, but singles out Alabama and Texas as schools of high interest.

Busy summer in store for Richardson | pnj.com | Pensacola News Journal
Quote:
Under the advice of Boyd, Richardson looks to do something uncommon for a big-time recruit: he hopes to make a decision prior to the start of his senior season. Hope is the key word, however.
While nothing is definitive, Mississippi State, Auburn, Alabama, LSU, Florida State and Florida are currently the leaders for Richardson's services. Staying in the southeast is a priority.

From the Alabama site. Committed to Alabama, but will still take his visits. Early PT and comfort level were big factors.

From the LSU site. Richardson says that right now he is still committed to Alabama, but that anything could happen between now and signing day. He didn't want his spot to pass him up, so he went ahead and gave a verbal. Trent is still looking at LSU, Florida and Mississippi State.
