Cruz To Visit Clemson Thursday

TE Mike Cruz (6-5 260) of Pittsburgh will make an unofficial visit to Clemson Friday and will stay thru the weekend. He plans to tour the campus and meet with the coaches. "Coach Napier said he's very excited, and I'm very excited," Cruz said. "They're telling me how they need a big time tight end to come in and play." Cruz also has visited West Virginia. He plans to make all of his official visits before making a decision, and Clemson and Florida State will be two of them. Among his other offers Nebraska, Virginia, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Illinois, Boston College and Wisconsin.
