I somewhat agree about 4/5 not ever really being a vital need for the 2010 class. Although, I could see why it would be desired by Bo. Because of the way he recruited in 2007-2008, we'll be loaded with frontcourt players in 2010. He allocated five schollies to frontcourt players in the span of two classes, if you count the re-classification of Gavinski. But they'll all be upper classmen most likely at that juncture. We'd really have to load up in 2011, if we didn't take any in 2010. And bigs develop slower than smaller players, so in 2012 or so we'd have to rely on a wholly unprepared frontcourt player or two. Either Bo is forward thinking, or he just can't resist an opportunity on the table for a big white guy.

I think frontcourt is a greater need than the wing for that class. I can completely understand going in a different direction, even though I love Barnes and Davis. We'll have a lot of wings on the roster in 2010 also, and more heavily under-classmen laden.
