He isn't likely to make an early decision, pretty sure he is going to take it slow...which is better for Penn State anyway. A bunch of schools may try to get in late but academically WVU can't compete with Penn State; if the offense is successful it should be pretty hard for him to say no to Penn State. Hopefully Stephfon Green blows up...that would help too.
