ATH Stephon Gilmore (6-2 190) Monday won the 100 meters in his region track meet with a time of 10.9 seconds. Saturday, Gilmore was at USC watching the Gamecocks run around in their spring game. "Its the first time I got to see them go full contact," Gilmore said. "I talked to coach (Ellis) Johnson before the game. He talked about how I can come in and have an impact on the defense. I just got to talk to him and know him a little bit more. I also talked to coach Reaves. He's trying to get me to play on the offensive side." Gilmore was joined on the visit by his parents and younger sister. He didn't make it to Clemson's spring game, and he visited Tennessee two weeks ago. Rutgers is the newest offer for Gilmore. His others are USC, Clemson, Florida State, Florida, Alabama, LSU, NC State, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Penn State, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio State and Colorado. He plans to narrow his list this summer or by the start of the season. He does not have any favorites.
