When Jarmusz decided not to redshirt that was a very popular theory indeed. When he began receiving playing time it kind of died down, but there are many that I have talked to that believe this may be true.
I actually heard before the season even started that he wanted to see if he would get valuable minutes here. If not, he planned to transfer to UWGB. People at scout ran me off the forum with that statement, but I still think it could happen. Take it FWIW
