Notre Dame offers Norcross RB; UGA wants safety Kent | Football recruiting | ajc.com

Georgia headlines the scholarship offers currently held by Norcross safety/receiver Prince Kent.

“You name it, and they’ve probably already offered Prince,” Norcross coach Keith Maloof said. “He’s got offers from schools like Georgia, Florida, Miami, Clemson and LSU.

Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Miami, LSU and South Carolina are among the schools that have already offered the 6-foot-2, 195-pound Kent.

Maloof said his recruiting policy is to lay the groundwork for his players and encourage them and their family to pick the right school.

“He’s got to weigh all of his options and do what’s best for him,” Maloof said. “Prince is interested in Georgia, but he’s got some Florida ties. I think as long as Georgia wants him he’s interested.
