In a search for its next "franchise" quarterback, the Maryland coaching staff has targeted a prospect from an area the Terps don’t normally do a lot of recruiting. But while one might thing that all-America caliber prospect Tate Forcier of Scripps Ranch High in San Diego is a longshot to come all the way to the East Coast to play for Maryland, that appears to be anything but the case.
