Hey, guys im a first time poster have been on this site for a while tho, but I thought I would shed a bit of light on Jamil Wilson for you.I live in Racine and have played ball with and against Jamil since he was in 7th grade.From what he told me he is practicly a lock to go to UW, the reason that he keeps saying that he is wide open is because he wants to maybe get one of the players from his school a scholarship with all of the coaches coming down.Now I know you may say well why would he care about those kids its because he is honestly one of the nicest people you will meet in your life, kinda like another Racine product that played at Uconn. I know you may not believe me but just remeber that I was the one who said he was going to UW
Also you guys will absolutely love him as a player and person. One more thing if any of you are scouts for UW I urge you to go see Washington Park highschool team.That team has enough talent to be a state chammpion in a few years. Namely Tre Edwards #2 is a big time player and also Caron Butler's cousin.Ill see if I can get some game tape from him, but he is only a Sophmore.
