Savage is vitally important. Perhaps I'm being really optimistic, but this is what I'm seeing:
1. Michigan, which is where a player like that would normally go, now runs the spread.
2. Penn State is not an option because they can't develop QBs.
3. ND doesn't seem to be going after a QB.
This really makes Rutgers his best option. We're the closest team. We run an offense (vertical passing downfield) that's perfect for a QB like him.
