THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH
While Ohio State picked up defensive end Keith Wells as the 18th commitment to its 2008 recruiting class yesterday, the Buckeyes -- the college football world, for that matter -- are waiting to see whether Terrelle Pryor pulls the trigger on Wednesday.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported yesterday that Pryor, the dual-threat quarterback from Jeannette, Pa., who is the nation's top recruit, said he is "80 to 90 percent sure" he will make his pick at a nationally televised news conference at his school at noon Wednesday, the first day national letters of intent can be signed. The story asserted it likely will come down to a choice of Ohio State or Michigan.
