"They're still writing letters," Harper said. Aside from the Ducks, Illini and the Wildcats, Harper is still keen on Missouri. He's still adamant about playing quarterback -- and he says most of the coaches recruiting him are as excited about the possibility as he is.

"They said some of the other prospects are what they are, but with me, this is more potential, more room for growth," Harper said.

When he makes his decision this time, though, he probably won't make a public declaration until or close to signing day.
