Lowe's recruitment picking up steam - ESPN

Washington was the first school to offer Lowe and the athlete now has five offers on the table.

"Colorado was my most recent offer, that came last Friday," Lowe said. "BYU, Stanford and Oregon State are the other schools that have offered. Most of the schools are recruiting me for receiver right now and this is definitely where I want to play in college.

"In fact, I probably won't even be looking at a college that wants me strictly as a defensive back. I've already been to Washington on an unofficial visit and I loved it there. I'm planning to go to Oregon's Junior Day and will try and make it to some spring practices at Oregon State and Washington.

"Washington is my leader right now though, I really liked it a lot there. At this time, I'm not really sure when I'll make my decision. I kind of want to commit early but you never know how things will turn out and I don't want to rush it. I'm just going to play it by ear and see how I feel."

Keanon Lowe - College Football Recruiting 2010 - ESPN

Athlete Keanon Lowe is currently holding offers from Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, Arizona State and Stanford, ESPN affiliate Web site DuckTerritory.com reports.

He stated that Oregon, Oregon State and Washington are his top three at the moment.

Lowe added, "Right now I'd like to be able to decide before my senior season starts so it is out of my way. However, I am not going to be rushing to a choice. When I know I know and it will feel right. So it could be soon, right before fall camp, or even after my season. Just whenever it feels good. As for where, right now I really just want to stay in the northwest."

In 2008, he caught 46 passes for 801 yards (17.4 average), posted 600 kick return yard, and scored 16 total touchdowns. On defense, he registered three interceptions and three forced fumbles. Lowe earned all-state recognition for his performance on both sides of the ball.
