Beaufort junior LB Justin Parker (6-2 205) now has offers from USC and Maryland according to his coach Mark Clifford. The coach says Parker also likes Georgia a lot and has gone to camp in Athens the past couple of summers.
Though he has not picked up an offer from the Bulldogs, ESPNU150 watch list prospect Justin Parker (Beaufort, S.C./Beaufort) says that Georgia is his current leader.
"I got to talk to (UGA head coach) Mark Richt one-on-one when I went over there," Parker said. "He really keeps up with your academics and that means a lot to me."
South Carolina, Clemson, Maryland and Wake Forest are the other schools in the mix early. The Tigers, Gamecocks and Terps have offered. He plans to attend South Carolina's Junior Day on Feb. 21.

LB Justin Parker (6-2 225) of Beaufort currently favors Clemson his brother said Wednesday night. Jeff Parker said he talked to his younger brother earlier in the day to get the latest on his recruiting. "Clemson is leading right now, but not by much," Jeff Parker said. "He has spoken with Clemson more." USC had been Parker's favorite and the Gamecocks are second on the list. Parker plans to visit his favorites later this month. He will go to Virginia Tech July 11th and USC on the 12th. He also will visit Clemson. Parker also likes Tennessee, Wake Forest, Maryland and NC State. Parker has offers from Clemson, USC, Maryland, Wake Forest, Central Florida, NC State, Syracuse and Vanderbilt. He's also hearing from Duke.
