BY B Hayes. Duke has offered, and Kadeem says he will verbal to the Blue Devils on Tuesday. Duke felt like home to Wise, who says the coaching staff was a mjor reason he picked the Devils. He is excited about the other players Cutcliffe is bringing in this year.

By M Day. As he said he would, Kadeem verballed to Duke today. The coaching staff was the main reason Wise chose Duke. Even though other schools have picked up interest, he is sold on Duke and done with recruiting.
