John says he will likely commit before spring and likes Ohio State, Notre Dame, Illinois and Penn State. He has a favorite right now, but wants to keep it to himself at this point.

By Bill "The Bank" Greene...Simon has offers from tOSU, Akron, Boston College, Illinois, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Penn State and Stanford. He loved his visit to tOSU this past weekend. He could be making a decision by late February.
