Rushed for 1,461 yards and 23 touchdowns en route to all-state underclass honors in 2006. Three times went over 200 yards.
Eskridge also runs track, but plans on only playing football in college. His personal best 100m is 11.0 and his best 200m is 21.8.
Final senior (8-3) stats: 900+ yards rushing and 11 touchdowns.
Eskridge reports a 2.8 core GPA and a 990 SAT.
Eskridge: "I like playing both offense and defense, but I'm probably more comfortable at running back. I think I'm equally good at both though. I have great vision and knowledge. I have great awareness of where everybody is at.
"I really want to get stronger (benches 250 pounds, squats 320) and I'd like to get bigger and train harder. I really need to work on getting my endurance up."
Went from 6 offers to just 2 as schools filled up. Minnesota pulled his offer as a DB but recently re-offered him as a RB. Will visit the three schools that have offered (Minnesota, San Jose State and San Diego State).
