By Crabtree...de-committing from UC beacuse he is uncomfortable with the QB situation, according to his coach. Visiting Pitt on 1/11. May visit Hampton and Jackson State as well.
The race to become the University of Cincinnati's starting quarterback next year decreased by one Tuesday.
Domonick Britt, a Trotwood-Madison product who committed to the Bearcats in June, told scout.com he had reopened his recruitment.
"I was just not feeling the love from them anymore," Britt told the Web site. Of all the teams to consider, I was surprise to hear Pitt's name mentioned, just because they already have 2 prep and 1 JUCO QB committed in this class...

Tom Luginbill Works On His Latest Recruiting News...
Jackson State is still waiting for freshman Domonick Britt to be cleared academically by the NCAA. The quarterback from Trotwood-Madison (Ohio), given a three-star rating by Rivals.com, has been practicing during training camp but cannot play until cleared.
JSU coach Rick Comegy said Britt's high school still has to file some paperwork with the NCAA.
According to NCAA bylaw 14.3.5.1.1, a recruited student athlete can practice, but not compete, for a 14-day period before being cleared. Afterward, a student-athlete cannot receive financial aid or continue to practice until being certified.
Jackson State defensive coordinator Darrin Hayes said Britt has only participated in eight practices since camp began Aug. 4.
"That's why we pulled him off," Hayes said. "We wanted to pace it."
