TE Wallace to sign with Colorado

Green High School tight end Ryan Wallace will sign with Colorado tomorrow, the first day of the college football signing period.

Wallace's father and coach, Kevin, said last night that his son picked the Buffaloes over Wake Forest. U of L had been eliminated as an option last week after he re-opened his recruitment.

Colorado wide receiver Josh Smith and tight end Ryan Wallace are transferring from coach Dan Hawkins’ football program.

Smith has asked for a release from his scholarship so he can transfer to another school to pursue a music major not offered in Boulder. Wallace is looking to transfer to a program closer to home in Bowling Green, Ky.
