From the USF site...says he was never committed to Illinois during his visit back in October and that he will visit USF in January. Miami and FIU have also been recruiting him.

Says his commitment to Illinois is strong but will visit USF this weekend. Also considering officials to LSU and UF though neither have been scheduled.

Despite recent offers from WVU and LSU (and an official to WVU last weekend) Nixon is ready to sign with Illinois and is a firm commitment. FSU wants to come for an in-home but he will tell them not to.
