At one time, Loganville, Ga., running back Storm Johnson appeared headed to Louisiana State. However, that is not necessarily the case any longer. In fact, it sounds like there is a pretty good chance it is not going to happen.
“I was pretty set on LSU,” Johnson said. “But I’ve opened my recruiting back up. I just felt like I needed to see which school is right for me. If it is meant to be, then it will be.”
When asked if he is still considering LSU, Johnson said, “It depends on if they want to recruit me.”
Johnson said he has not recently spoken with any LSU coaches. However, he has spoken to coaches from some other schools including Penn State, and Johnson is again mentioning the Nittany Lions.

Kurelic’s Comment: The Nittany Lions have a commitment from running back Silas Redd and have targeted Marcus Lattimore as the other running back in this class. However, if Johnson does not commit to Florida State, the Nittany Lions will likely continue to stay in touch.
