The first thing that sticks out to me is his size obviously, he has ideal size for the quarterback position and he is also deceptively quick, probably because he is a long strider.
His throwing mechanics are very good. His short and intermediate passes are very accurate and they have some real good zip on them. The deep ball however was very sketchy to me multiple times his receivers completely bailed him out. Of course this is off a very limited highlight tape, I think he could be a very good player, his tape didnt blow me away like JB but he does have similar attributes to JB (with 4 or 5 inches of height on him)
