Calvin Barnett - College Football Recruiting 2010 - ESPN

ESPNU 150 Watch List prospect Calvin Barnett spoke with affiliate Web site OUInsider.com about receiving a scholarship offer from the Sooners.

"It means a lot that OU has offered me. It took them longer than I thought it would to offer me. I wondered what was going on, but when they finally offered me I realized that Coach (Jackie) Shipp doesn't offer many D-tackles and they don't take many D-tackles. They let me know why it took a long time."

UCLA, Oregon State, Virginia Tech, Florida, Alabama, LSU, Tennessee, Iowa State and Arkansas have also extended offers to Barnett.

He also shared what he's looking for, "It will come down to which school that shows me who wants me the most. Depth chart will matter, because I played as a freshman and I am not used to sitting on the bench."
