Dakota Royer has nearly a year before he'll sign on the dotted line with his chosen university, yet he already has a good idea which schools will make up his top seven. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound weakside defensive end told Sporting News Today that nearby Penn State, West Virginia, Pitt and Maryland, as well as Notre Dame, Illinois and Michigan State, make up his top seven.
