While following the 2010 class they've almost unfolded like a power ranking and are heavily influenced by in state coaches, especially UW's.

absolutely not. I play Wisconsin Lutheran in conference and Flavien is not in my top 15 in either recruiting or basketball ability right now. He dropped to #9 because he has not improved his sophmore year the way you would expect him to. To put him in perspective, we've also played against Chip Rank, Josh Gasser, Luke Russell, and Ben Averkamp, we've also played against Ben Mills (ranked #11 in Jr class) in summerleague Chip, Josh, and Ben are all clearly better than him. He doesnt stand out on the court like the three previously mentioned, his basketball IQ isnt nearly as high either. He also has let the emotions get the best of him at times. he has shows some of his atheltic ability at times, but doesnt play with that intensity all the time. The only player, of the ones previously mentioned, that is a better athlete than him is Chip Rank (who is an absolute beast)
*Note, these observations were made by a rival team and do not include AAU play.
However, word on the street is that he's felt slighted by his fall in rankings (#3 freshmen yr, #4 beginning of soph yr, #9 end of soph yr) and has committed to his game more in this off season.
