Harrell is a kid who looks to have good size on film, but will need to continue to add bulk to help him as a college defensive end. He will play some as a "stand-up" end, but seems best suited to play with his hand on the ground. Displays a solid get-off. Initially he does a good job of using his hands to take on blocks and separate, but needs to keep using them when he is taking on a second blocker in pursuit. Displays the ability to take on a block and hold his ground, but does need to watch his pad level. Plays with a good motor and hustles to the ball. Takes solid pursuit angles. Displays adequate straight line speed and can seem a little rigid in his overall body movement. As a pass rusher he will get his hands up. Needs to work to keep developing pass rush moves to help him more quickly get around blocks. Harrell is a solid prospect at the defensive end position.
