Aurora (Colo.) Cherokee Trail ATH Kendall Gregory-McGhee has committed to Minnesota, Rivals.com reported. The 6-foot-4, 215-pound athlete is the son of former Colorado all-american LB Kanavis McGhee.
Gregory-McGhee chose the Golden Gophers over reported scholarship offers from Colorado, Colorado State, TCU and Boise State, among others.
"It just felt right," Gregory-McGhee told Rivals.com. "All along I said that I would know where I wanted to go to school when I found the right place and after seeing Minnesota and meeting everyone I knew that Minnesota was the right school for me."
