By Mike Farrell. PSU has officially offered....Deion says his coach handed him the written offer today and it was a surprise....he was really excited. Doesn't have any favorites but mentions really liking South Carolina....RU, UF, and UGA are showing interest and he plans to attend the Michigan spring game.
